Operates assigned machines (of MO-11 class); rotates (floats) through assigned product lines (on as needed basis) performing tasks of either machine operator 11, machine operator 1 or assembler/packer (as assigned).

1. Operates assigned production machines in MO-11 designation
2. Ability to read measurements using templates/yard stick on slitter
3. Load vinyl onto slitter machine by use of a hoist
4. Make blade adjustments for proper sizing
5. Ability to operate/learn to operate key pad to program cut size
6. Slit material by color/size as instructed by lead
7. Ability to define conforming vs. non-conforming material
8. Stack and place on cart
9. Good communication with lead and co-workers as well as complete understanding of instructions

1. Preference given to legally-blind applicants
2. Ability to perform hand assembly tasks
3. Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time (8 – 10 hours/day)
4. Must be able to move material weighing up to 300 lbs. with the assistance of the hoist
5. Must work as a team and work well with others
